HRMS

HRMS which is an online intranet System will be used by many types of employees’. These types who have different roles can be stated as; admin, manager, HR, employee. Every user enters the main authentication page and after that, system will grant them authorization. After being authorized according to their permissions (role type) users will basically query and edit the database via HRMS.

Important Documents

In this step we keep record of employee’s copies of important documents like NID, Driving License or Passport, Medical and Training Documents etc.

Education History

In this step we keep record of individual employee’s educational history like degrees/certifications he/she has achieved and results against each.

Job Experience History

Here we keep record of individual employee’s job experience history like where and how long he/she has worked previously and what was job position for each job history.

Other Information

In this step we keep record of employee’s miscellaneous information like replacement information, role and weekend policy settings.

Employee List

From employee list admin will get privileges of updating and reviewing individual or all employee data where Individual employees will get this access for only his/her personal data.

Filter with none / company / section /designation / staff grade

Admin will be able to filter employee list data with none/company/section/designation and staff grade data Export PDF/Excel with custom header of each export Admin will be able to export filtered employee list data in excel and pdf format.

Time & Attendance

Shift pattern setting Admin will be able to create new shift pattern setting for automatic shift assigning on the basis of employee attendance(in/out) time history.

Dynamically shift assign & summary/history

If there is any missing punch system will automatically assign shift matching with shift patterns instantly but Admin will be able to review and modify dynamically assigned shift employee data later through this section.
