CYN Process Development

CYN is a process that enables retailers to provision subscriber’s chosen numbers through SMS. The project will create capacity for provisioning of new SIM through SMS for both Robi & Airtel replicating the existing process of Airtel CTN process.

Concept Details

The main features of the project are:

• Develop and deliver an application that will maintain CYN Process.
• Subscribers will be able to stop promotional offers if they want.

CYN: POOL (Free MSISDN checking)

MSISDN checking process

• Retailers send MSISDN with keyword “POOLMSISDN” to short code 1213
• Short code 1213 is connected to CYN application
• CYN application checks retailers’ eligibility (of CYN app) in the internal database and validate
• CYN application checks MSISDN availability in CRM through SOA service
