- Any Robi Prepaid subscriber (except Uddokta & Easyload) who recharges BDT XX (exactly) will be considered as qualified for this campaign.
- First YY customer who recharges BDT XX in the particular time band will be considered as winner.
- Example: The customer who recharges BDT XX at 6 am to 6:05 am, amoung them first bb customers will be winner and gets the notification by near real time.
CYN Process Development
CYN is a process that enables retailers to provision subscriber’s chosen numbers through SMS. The project will create capacity for provisioning of new SIM through SMS for both Robi & Airtel replicating the existing process of Airtel CTN process. Concept Details The main features of the project are: Develop and deliver an application that will maintain CYN Process. Subscribers will be able to stop promotional offers if they want. CYN: POOL (Free MSISDN checking) MSISDN checking process Retailers send MSISDN with keyword “POOLMSISDN” to short code 1213 Short code 1213 is connected to CYN application CYN application checks retailers’ eligibility (of CYN app) in the internal database and validate CYN application checks MSISDN availability in CRM through SOA service
